10 Rules for Better Life
We work and sometimes got humiliated at the workplace. This thing is normal but their impact on humans is not. So we here today to know the rules to rule over the humiliations. We should make rules for our life, for ourselves.
First thing first I want you to take a little look at the impacts of humiliations of workplaces.
- Humans start to lose their self-esteem which causes humans to live confident less life.
- Humans might lose their dreams or aim.
- Humans start feeling that they deserve to humiliate in order to cope with the situation.
- Humiliation impact also cause humans to work without intention grow.
- People at the workplace do laugh when you laugh, but also laugh when you cry….so be brave to not be a joke.
- These are the fewest points, I was trying you to understand how badly it can impact one.
Let’s start the rules
RULE NO. 1:
Make yourself imaginative
Imagine yourself in a different situation other than a real one, like if someone is humiliating you continuously start imagining him/her a barking dog without purpose, or like assume him/her as radio which is not worthy to listen. Also making yourself imaginative helps you to imagine that you are doing well even if the situation is worst.
Don’t let words get over your head.
Don’t let people’s humiliating words get over your head, otherwise, it might start making you overthink a useless thing which might make you force to not do things/works in a good manner.
Be confident and believe yourself
Believing on your own is always helpful in any situation. Whatever people are humiliating, don’t make it true. Believe in yourself and always be confident about your work.
Activate your positive active thinking.
Positivity is so much power that has the capacity to turn every negative impact into positive ones. Like someone is saying to you that you’re dumb to do that job, just think that you can show them that you can anything and that job is fun and easy. This kind of thinking will help you a lot at the workplace especially in the humiliating surroundings.
Give Yoga/gym/ exercises a chance
Doing such things not only makes you healthy but also keeps your mind sharper to work more peacefully and joyfully. Yoga is always proven best for meditation, give it a try.
Whatever happens, don’t go for bad habits
People can very easily make bad habits when the thing is about stress and frustration they start smoking and drinking. People think this thing will help them a lot, though they know deep down inside that these things are nothing but harmful for health and wealth too. You can save the money that you use to spend on cigarettes and alcohol, surely savings helps.
Manage your time and schedule in your free time
Very few people manage their schedules, make sure you’re listed in them. Free time will make you think over and over again of humiliations, it is better to manage your schedules than overthink, or plan your next day, or make a to-do list.
Be better than yesterday
Whatever you do, try to do better than the last one. Always try harder to do your best.
Not a single thing can make you feel good until you want to feel good. Be cheerful enough to let go of almost every negative vibes.
Make your Aura strong and positive
Aura is your feeling’s vibes which actually affect people around you, if you stay upset all the time people will start making distance from you because your aura is not strong enough to attract positive people. Making yourself real happy, cheerful, motivated and most of all strong makes your aura strong and your personality catchy, which leads to having a healthy surrounding and great vibes.
